First, let me assure you that the characters I requested? No matter what you write, I will love it.
If you want to tailor your work to my personal tastes a bit more: I mostly prefer gen, I really enjoy a dark fic, I love reading about characters getting (reversibly or permanently) damaged, I don't mind character death, but I'll also be absolutely happy if you write me something sweet and fluffy with any of the characters I requested.
Just… I'm really not into things like genderswap, I'd prefer my boys to stay boys and my girls to stay girls and my nonbinary folks to stay nonbinary folks. Also if you're not into writing gen, I'd rather people's existing sexualities weren't erased. Feel free to expand. Make a character who's canonically in an opposite-gender relationship bisexual if you prefer for your writing purposes, but don't render them exclusively gay, thereby making the canon no longer work, please.
As for my fandoms:
Snowpiercer (2013) – Grey
Right. My big new fandom this year. OH MY GOD So many buttons. And I’m head over heels in love with Grey. What a beautifully eloquent character without ever uttering a single word. (On that subject, if your idea is different don’t worry about it, but while many are writing him as such, I do not believe his tongue was cut. He’d still make sounds laughing and crying and he cries absolutely soundlessly.)
So erm.. give me anything, really. A scene from his POV? An AU where he wins that fight and survives? What if he’s not dead and lives through the crash? Or maybe something from the past? I’m not extremely into kid fic, but something from an earlier year of the tail section would be fine. What about him and Gilliam? What about those scars he has? How did he get those? Some of those? Anything? Anything, really.
Oh erm right... addendum here: I am aware that the director basically made Grey/Gilliam canon. I am fine with it if you want to explore that. I am also fine with it if you prefer to just ignore that.

I am in love with Arthur Wellesley to no end at all, forever and ever, so give me literally anything about him and I will love you forever and ever, too. Historical, fictional, realistic, magical, serious, crack, I do not care. I’m going to love it. Just please don't kill him!
Bellman noir (The Wolf and the Watchman) - Cecil Winge.
My new fandom last year. I read this book and I have not fallen as quickly and as hard for any character as I did for this one in a very very long time. Just anything with him will be fine. Something from his past, something from the case, another case, the situation with his wife, something with Jean-Michael... his death even if you like, or an AU where he survives his illness...
I’m still in love with this fandom. I have read the third book, so if you read Swedish and you have, there is no risk of spoiling me.
I’m open to receiving fic for this in Swedish, should you prefer.
Right. Spoiler for the ending of the third book would be under the cut if I could have gotten the cut to work. As it is, the spoiler is down there somewhere.
I am not hugely in love with the ending of the third book. However, should you feel like going a bit supernatural and writing a ghost Cecil and ghost Jean-Michael teaming up to do fun or spooky or casefic ghost things, please don’t hesitate to do so!

Absolutely agreed re. Snowpiercer, provided that you don't mind a bit of (mentioned/recounted) cannibalism and some really fucked up relationships.
